Veterans PreferenceResponsibilities- Assist in producing working drawings from schematic through construction documents, using Autodesk Revit, under the supervision of project lead.- Contribute to creating, presentation preparation, and specifying material and finish selections to meet client requirements on time and within budget under the supervision of project lead.- Order material samples and assemble presentation boards and project binders.- Research the use of new materials, technologies, and products to incorporate into designs.- Produce visualization renderings.- Order material samples and assemble presentation boards and project binders for project submittals.- Manage product library, product presentations, and solicit sales representatives to add products to library when needed.- Participate in team charettes, either virtually or at the project site, to understand the client's interior environments.- Other duties as assigned.Requirements- Student actively enrolled in a CIDA accredited Interior Design program.- Student entering their senior year preferred.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to take direction and work self-sufficiently.- Passion for innovative design and sustainability.- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.- Previous internship or project experience is a plus but not required.- Proficiency in MS 365 Suite.- Knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, Enscape, and Lumion a plus.What We Offer- Mentorship from experienced architects, engineers, and designers.- Exposure to a variety of exciting and challenging projects.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.- Opportunities to enhance your portfolio with real-world projects.Amount of Travel RequiredThis position may require occasional local travel.Background Check and Drug Testing InformationEmployer conducts background checks and drug screening after an offer of employment has been made.
