Digital Content Lead, Relay Product Insights

DescriptionAmazon - Middle Mile is seeking a Digital Content Lead to assist with creating engaging content to drive digital adoption of Amazon Relay products. You will be exposed to numerous applications through which Amazon is able to operationally conduct thousands of daily freight movements flowing into and out of our North American fulfillment centers and our associated fulfillment network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon. Amazon is looking for a Digital Content Lead that has a background in digital content creation and creative problem resolution skills. In this role the Digital Content Lead will continuously work with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships in order to launch end-user facing content to help guide and understand user sentiment to make better tech products while creating long-term, systemic solutions for a world-class customer experience. In this role, the Digital Content Lead will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to on-portal content creation. Key job responsibilities u2022 The role will require the candidate to quickly understand content requirements, understanding of user facing software, editing tools and operation workflow tools. u2022 The content lead needs to continuously adapt and learn new features within the editing tools of Pendo.io to quickly edit and deploy content. u2022 The content lead will need to be aware of operations metrics like productivity, quality and service level agreement (SLA). The content lead will be measured on compliance to these metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team and personal goals. u2022 The content lead should be a team player and come up with improvement ideas to their team and improve the publishing/QA process. u2022 The content lead will need to contact stakeholders globally to provide status reports, success metrics, communicate relevant information and escalate when needed. u2022 The role requires a bacheloru2019s degree with exposure to HTML/CSS, Pendo.io, basic data analytics. u2022 In addition, the associate should have attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor. u2022 The candidate needs to perform regular checks on deployed content to qualify the user experience. Report results and communicate them to others within the team. u2022 The candidate needs to be proficient or have experience with graphics editing software and ExcelBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL - 2+ years of work experience in UX/Marketing/Digital Content industry - Experience working on digital content creation processesPreferred Qualifications- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma - Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries - Experience designing, planning, and delivering content solutions that meet the needs of technical business customers - Experience in transportation, marketing, and/or user experience (UX) - Experience with Pendo.io - Experience with software tools to create and edit digital graphics Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
