Elevator Worker- Helena, AR Position Responsibilities: Performs dutiesin all areas of the loading,unloadingand transferring of grain and grain products for truck, barge, rail (location specific) and inspects barges,trucksand railcars before loading. Proficient in allfacetsofADM’s safety programs and culture, has a strong working knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations,demonstratessafe working practices,has the ability toperform JHA’s and recognize near misses Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties Performs duties & follow procedures for barge operations Ability toassistwithmaintenance projects Follow procedures for working over water and on barges. Performs duties &follow procedures for rail operations Performs duties&followprocedures for inventory management and bin capacities. APerformsdutiesfollow procedures for power industrial equipment. General Requirements: Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving azero injuryculture; understand and follow company safety procedures, as well as a commitment to uphold the ADM Code of Conduct. Required to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. The shift may include 8 to 12hoursshifts on a rotational schedule. Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), move up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to wear a respirator. Colleague will be expected to show an ability to learn functions outside ofcurrent job scopeto help fill for temporary or permanent vacancies in other roles. Perform any other job or task thatassistswith operations or the overall efficiency of theday to dayworkings of the facility. Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work inteamsetting when needed. Exhibit a professional image;maintainrespectfulattitude. Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
