Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Adjunct Instructor Position Purpose: The Adjunct Faculty functions within the mission and strategic plan of Mount Carmel College of Nursing. The primary function of this position is the periodic instruction of Mount Carmel College of Nursing students in the classroom, laboratory, and or clinical setting. The Adjunct Faculty contributes to evaluating student learning and performance and maintains academic records regarding students' progress, and participates in the planning and implementation of learning experiences that support the learnersu2019 ability to achieve stated outcomes. This position will teach both didactic and clinicals for Graduate students. Minimum Requirements: u00b7 Education/Experience: Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing u00b7 License / Certification: Must hold a current active unrestricted applicable license in the State of Ohio and an APRN, FNP u00b7 Current CPR certification is required if teaching in a clinical setting u00b7 Teaching experience in a collegiate or university setting is preferred. u00b7 Effective Communication Skills Ministry/Facility Information: Mount Carmel, a member of Trinity Health, has been a transforming healing presence in Central Ohio for over 135 years.
