Job Description Summary: The UKG Analyst provides operational and analytical support for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and related workforce management processes, including EZ Call, with a focus on data integrity, reporting, compliance monitoring, and performance insights. This role evaluates workforce data, identifies trends and discrepancies, and partners with HR, IT, and operational leaders to support issue resolution and process improvement. The Analyst helps ensure accurate timekeeping and scheduling practices while supporting workforce planning, governance, and informed decision-making. Responsibilities And Duties: System Data Management & Integrations Maintain and validate UKG system data, including pay codes, work rules, profiles, and scheduling attributes. Collaborate with IT to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies. Support data integrity and configuration alignment across UKG and related systems. Support the flow of data between UKG, Healthcare Productivity, Workday and other applicable systems. Auditing, Reporting & Issue Resolution Run and review errors and audit reports and take corrective action. Build and maintain Hyperfinds to support auditing, compliance, and operational reviews. Troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes, recommending improvements and escalate complex technical problems as appropriate. Compliance Support Ensure adherence to labor laws, organizational policies, and workforce governance standards. Reporting & Workforce Analytics Generate and analyze workforce reports related to overtime, scheduling effectiveness, and compliance. Respond to reporting and basic analytics requests from Workforce Management leadership. Provide actionable insights to support continuous improvement and operational decision-making. Maintain and utilize UKG Data Hub. Scheduling & EZ Call Support Provide operational support for EZ Call scheduling workflows and implementations, as assigned. Assist leaders and frontline users with schedule maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. Training, Support & Governance Develop and maintain job aids and reference materials for UKG and EZ Call functionality. Document data processes, definitions and reporting logic to ensure transparency and sustainability. Contribute to data governance and compliance practices across ERP and UKG reporting. Serve as an escalation point for end-user questions, routing issues appropriately. Participate in system optimization initiatives, enhancements, and testing activities. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Additional Job Description: SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE + Experience with Kronos or UKG configuration and troubleshooting. + Familiarity with healthcare workforce scheduling and compliance standards. + Ability to work collaboratively across HR, Payroll, and IT teams u200b QUALIFICATIONS + Bacheloru2019s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
