The Field Operator/Driver shall rig-up and rig-down the proprietary Conco Services high-pressure water cleaning equipment. This position is also responsible for maintaining a CDL driveru2019s license for transporting equipment as required. During the industrial cleaning operation, the Field Operator shall operate the specialized equipment such as twisters, various high-pressure pumps, feeders, lancers, etc. following Conco's SOP, the site safety plan, and work procedures in Petro-Chemical Refineries, Power Plants, and Mills throughout the Northeast. Essential Job Functions u2022 Prepare cleaning equipment for work. u2022 Properly loading and unloading of equipment, as needed. u2022 Prepare the work site for operation. u2022 Hands-on operation of industrial cleaning equipment. u2022 Perform preventive maintenance and repair of equipment. u2022 Perform safe and quality work performance to clientu2019s satisfaction. u2022 Professionally represent Conco Services LLC at all times. u2022 Wear personal protective gear at all times at work. u2022 Ensure that all required badging/credentials are available to enter the work sites. u2022 Follow strictly the OSHA, MSHA, Customer work site, and Conco regulations and rules as requested during work hours. u2022 Performs other duties and services as assigned by supervision to ensure successful projects are delivered. u2022 Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality. Qualifications Requirements u2022 Proven work experience as a truck driver (experience with tractor-trailer, flatbed). u2022 Hands-on experience with HOS, electronic logging devices (GPS, AVL units). u2022 Ability to periodically drive OTR and/or on weekends as the need arises. u2022 Extensive knowledge of applicable FMCSA driving rules and regulations. u2022 No recent moving or driving violations. u2022 Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.). u2022 Valid Class A or B license. u2022 Must be proficient with an 18-speed manual transmission. u2022 Clean driving record (no suspensions, DUI); pass drug screening/background check/DOT physical. Qualification/Requirements u2022 Minimum 1-year previous DOT Driving Experience/ Desired u2013 2+ DOT Driving Experience u2022 Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer relations skills. u2022 Able to work in an outside environment exposed to heat and cold. u2022 Variable work schedule including days and nights. u2022 Ability to work independently. u2022 Working in a refinery/plant environment. u2022 Listening and understanding instructions. u2022 Acknowledgement and compliance of Safety plans/rules and their importance.
