Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Data Science individual to support a large global technology company with current initiatives. You will help lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable models that power business decisions. This person should have strong experience working with Attrition Models in production such as Survival Analysis techniques (Kaplan Meier, Cox PH, etc. models) and/or Causal Inference techniques (Propensity Score Matching, Regression Discontinuity Design, etc.). You will be helping with initiatives in the HR space, so any experience there is an add on bonus. This will be a remote position working closely with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and business partners to build production-ready solutions that drive measurable impact.
