Long-Form Writer

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Long-Form Writer for a short-term assignment for one of our nonprofit clients in the healthcare space. Our client focuses on improving health and health care worldwide through quality improvement, patient safety, health equity and system redesign. As a long form writer you will support overflow writing needs for a major thought leadership report. This project involves developing and refining a comprehensive, approximately 50 page report (inclusive of references, appendices, and supporting materials), modeled on our a few of our clientu2019s publications. This role is ideal for a highly skilled writer who excels at synthesizing complex, multi source content into a cohesive, engaging, and authoritative narrative for a healthcare and policy focused audience. Key Responsibilities u2022 Lead the development and polishing of a long form report (~50 pages) aligned with IHIu2019s voice, tone, and editorial standards u2022 Synthesize and translate content from multiple inputs, including: o A detailed report outline o Project proposal and background materials o Literature review and source documents o Stakeholder interviews o Quantitative and/or qualitative data u2022 Structure complex information into clear, compelling, and accessible long form content for a broad professional audience u2022 Incorporate feedback from multiple internal and external stakeholders, managing 2u20133 structured rounds of revisions We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
