Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Recruiter to join their Team based in our TriStar Division, (Nashville, Tennessee) Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in the Nashville, Tennessee area. (Travel: 1-2 times per quarter to the Nashville Corporate office) Responsibilities: The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings. Familiar with Digital Transformation and Innovation u2022 Experience with ATS/ CMS systems u2022 Experience/ familiar with Digital Transformation and Innovation u2022 Critical thinking capabilities u2022 Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities u2022 High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel u2022 Ability to work well independently and within a team environment u2022 Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. u2022 Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - strong client management experience u2022 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understand continuous transformations.
