Golf Maintenance/ Janitorial

Eagle Crest Resort is hiring for a part time Maintenance position This is a Janitorial/Light Maintenance position in golf operations. Duties will include sweeping mopping, cleaning multiple bathrooms on 3 courses weekly. Additional maintenance and assistance where needed.General Purpose:Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required.Essential Duties:? Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas with in the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.? Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.? Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.? Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.? Regular and reliable attenda? Performs other duties as required.Education/Experience:Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePhysical Demands:Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.Environment/Noise:Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.Certificates/Licenses:No certifications or licenses are required.Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences?
