Your leadership helps individuals:- Strengthen daily living and interpersonal skills- Build natural supports and community connections- Navigate behavioral health challenges with confidence- Maintain safe, stable, long-term housing- Prevent crises through proactive, person-centered interventionsThis is an ideal opportunity for a therapist who values autonomy, teamwork, and meaningful community impact.What You'll DoIn this key leadership role, you will:Provide Clinical Guidance and Oversight- Monitor service delivery to ensure interventions are effective and aligned with each persons goals.- Assign team members strategically so each individual receives the appropriate level of clinical expertise.- Deliver behavioral interventions, modeling, skills training, and behavior modification techniques as needed.Support Person-Centered Planning- Conduct assessments and lead person-centered planning processes.- Write individualized plans and ensure services align with personal goals and best practice expectations.- Facilitate meetings with individuals, families, and staff to coordinate high-quality support.Lead and Develop Your Team- Facilitate aweekly face-to-face team meetingto review progress, identify concerns, and develop crisis prevention strategies.- Provide clinical support and guidance to team members.- Ensure documentation and service delivery meet state and organizational standards.Engage Directly with Individuals and Families- Provide both direct and indirect services, supporting individuals in building skills, improving stability, and maintaining independence.QualificationsTo be considered, candidates must have:- Masters Degreein a Human Services field- At least 1 yearof experience with adults with mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders- One of the followingNorth Carolina clinical licenses: LCSWA, LMFTA, LCMHCA, LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHCAssociate-level clinicians actively pursuing full licensure may serve as Team Lead for up to 30 months.This role is a strong fit for clinicians who are collaborative, organized, and eager to guide both people and professionals toward meaningful progress.Why Work at Monarch?We prioritize the wellbeing of our team so they can fully support the people we serve.
