A Snapshot of Your Day As a Procurement Manager on the Charlotte, NC Campus you will join a highly motivated, knowledgeable and diverse team. You will lead a group of purchasing professionals ensuring that our internal customers and business partners have the right material at the right time and place with the right costs and quality. You will support and guide your team, and collaborate closely with related functions such as Operations, Engineering, Order Management, Data Management, Supplier Quality and Commodity Management. Relying on your deep product and process knowledge and guided by key performance indicators you will be able to proactively manage potential risks and contribute to our resilience journey. As a business partner to your product line you will understand the expectations, you will keep your product line informed and make sure any challenges are resolved. As our world is continuously evolving, you will learn and adapt to new requirements quickly. During your daily routine you will utilize multiple systems and tools to collect necessary data and information to identify areas needing attention and make educated decisions. As an integral part of the Procurement Staff, you will be able to rely on a strong committed team. How Youu2019ll Make an Impact + Proactively avoid surprises + Ensure On-Time delivery + Meet productivity & cost out targets + Create a resilient supply chain + Continuously improving your team, with focus on People & Processes + Build strong relationships with internal and external partners What You Bring + Bacheloru2019s or masteru2019s degree in related fields (Supply Chain Management or Engineering) + 10+ yearsu2019 experience in related field and / or 5+ yearsu2019 experience in leadership position + Strong people-skills (leadership, collaboration, teamwork) + Effective communication and presentation skills + Analytical mindset and ability to learn Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
