The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCIu2019s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale. Role Overview As Director, Property Management, you hold end-to-end accountability for OCIu2019s owned and leased real estate portfolio supporting mission-critical operations. This role owns asset performance, compliance, cost control, and long-term valueu2014not day-to-day facilities engineering. Key Responsibilities u2022 Oversee all campus-level vendor strategy, lease administration, operating budgets, and vendor contract negotiation. u2022 Lead capital planning, facility improvement programs, and real-estate-driven compliance initiatives. u2022 Direct risk management, site-level incident coordination (property scope), and business continuity planning. u2022 Develop and mentor campus-level property teams; represent OCI in enterprise real estate and industry forums. This is an onsite role in Nashville, TN. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
