As theExecutive Assistant to the President & CEO, you will play a central rolein ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive this position, you'll manage daytoday activities, handle a widerange of advanced and confidential responsibilities, and support bothadministrative and project-based initiatives that keep the organizationmoving forward. You'll be a key connection point across the TDS Familyof Companies-regularly partnering with employees, senior leadership,customers, and community members. With a focus on delivering exceptionalservice and fostering positive relationships, you will represent thePresident & CEO's office with professionalism, discretion, and acommitment to excellence. Responsibilities Manage the daily activitiesof the President & CEO. Activities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate officer meetings such as strategy and budget reviews, directreport meetings, and others as needed. Coordination may includescheduling meetings, locating and preparing meeting rooms, preparinginformation/materials for discussion. Manage, sort, organize, andprioritize incoming phone calls, emails, and mail. Schedule and maintaincalendar for President, meetings and travel itineraries, coordinatetravel arrangements. Manage expenses and invoices. Handle details ofhighly confidential and critical business matters. Provide support toother Officers as necessary. Coordinate annual performance reviewprocess and schedule for the President's direct reports. Performproject work and participate in programs. Within established guidelines,makes independent decisions regarding the planning, organizing, andscheduling of project work. Programs/projects include, but are notlimited to: Annual corporate-level succession planning. InspiringExcellence Award program.
