As avital member of the departmental administrative leadership team, theAdministrative Manager will serve as a partner and resource to the ViceChairs of Academic Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Quality and PatientSafety to advance the portfolio of work spanning each of these domains.These domains include faculty affairs and development, social impact andbelonging, clinical operations and program development, and quality andprocess improvement. The individual in this role will also serve asdirect supervisor to the department's administrative assistant team.This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, creative, andresourceful professional to positively contribute to the advancement ofmultiple missions within an academic surgical environment. Examples ofspecific responsibilities include: Tracking key performance indicators(KPIs) across Academic Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Quality/PatientSafety domains Preparing meeting materials Tracking action items anddecision documentation Coordinating data queries Interfacing withinternal and external stakeholders Additional Information: This positionmay require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designatedcampus work location.
