Beinga member of the GRAEF Plumbing Team will provide opportunities to:Broaden your skills by working on a wide array of projects includingeducation, healthcare, transportation, hospitality, commercial,industrial, and renovation projects. Participate in project pursuits, write proposals, and developstrong client relationships. Identify and pursue new businessopportunities to help grow our practice. Lead and mentor lessexperienced plumbing staff and coordinate internal team efforts. Engagein professional growth opportunities and take on leadership roles withinmultidisciplinary teams. This includes mentorship, professionaldevelopment programs, project management training, and leadershiptraining. As a member of the GRAEF Plumbing Team, your responsibilitiesmay include: Design and analyze plumbing and fire protection systems forvarious types of facilities. You will be responsible for calculatingbuilding loads for all plumbing systems, selecting equipment, laying outpiping, creating and editing project details, and writing and editingproject specifications. This includes domestic water, sanitarywaste/vent, medical gas, storm drainage, and other specialty systems.Produce plumbing construction documents and perform computer-aideddrafting using Revit. Collaborate with team members across alldisciplines from concept through construction. Attend client and teammeetings.
