What You'll Do You'll be responsible forcoordinating and managing the logistics of fleet operations, ensuringthat all vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly. You will: Assessand assign all open events. Verify proper authorization has beenobtained to dispatch the event. Assign the appropriate and nearestservice provider to make requested repairs. Advise the customer of theestimated time of arrival and follow instructions according to theirrequirements. Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the serviceprovider's estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs. Addressproblems and customer inquiries as they arise. Who You Are You are aproactive problem solver who is eager to grow their career in theautomotive industry. Here's what else you bring to the table: Minimum:High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field(Dispatching for breakdown and/or tire on medium to heavy duty vehicles,medium to heavy duty vehicle maintenance). The right candidate couldalso have a different combination, such as any leveldegree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED; or 5 years' experience ina related field A strong knowledge of medium to heavy duty vehicledispatching and multitasking.
