Thisposition is critical to accelerating Rehlko's business performance byleading the planning, justification, delivery, and adoption of ITapplications to enable Hire-to-Retire, Payroll and Legal businessprocesses. This role includes aligning with and influencing enterprisestrategy, which will include regular senior level leadershipinteraction, providing visibility for career growth opportunities. ThisManager role will have the following scope and expectations. BusinessSolutions Manager and Portfolio Management: Partner with businessleaders to understand their strategies, objectives, and pain points.Assist in developing business case and project definition to drivebusiness value through new technology introductions, along with leadingIT capital, and financial planning. Guide and engage business partnersto establish strong product owners and super user. Solution Leadership:Partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Legal, and other IT counterpartsto create and align on technology strategies, roadmaps, solutions,technical architecture, and project proposals that include estimatedhours of effort. Platform and Product Owner: Accountable forestablishing the global solutions platforms and products to enable end-to- end business processes including Hire-to-Retire, Payroll and Legalbusiness processes.
