Opportunity Overview Business Development Manager u2013 Nextest / Memory Division (Korea / US / EU) This role is responsible for driving business growth within Teradyneu2019s Nextest Division by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across global markets. The Business Development Manager partners closely with sales, product marketing, and technical teams to position Nextest solutions and successfully close complex opportunities. Key Responsibilities + Lead customer engagement at both engineering and business levels to build long-term, trusted relationships. + Develop and execute account strategies in close collaboration with regional and global Sales teams. + Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through a structured discovery process. + Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Applications, partners, and customers to drive opportunities to successful close. + Build win-win scenarios that align customer needs with Nextest and partner capabilities. + Support cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives across global time zones. If youu2019re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position. + Bacheloru2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field OR equivalent experience with a strong business background. + 8u201312 years of relevant experience in semiconductor test, semiconductor industry, or related business development roles. + Proven experience selling semiconductor test equipment and supporting global customers. + Demonstrated u201cdesign-inu201d business development track record. + Strong program and project management experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. + Salesforce proficiency preferred. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. + Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by relationship-building in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%. + Korean language capability preferred, but not required. We are open to domestic US relocation. Ideally seeking a candidate in the Bay Area. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Compensation The base salary range for this role is$170,500-$272,800.This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location. Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
