As a global leader of Program Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) services with projects ranging from $1 million to programs of up to $10 billion, Jacobs delivers award-winning Design and/or Construction Management projects for public and private sector clients. From the pre-construction phase through first patient we function as stewards of our clients' goals and aspirations.As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the longu2011term capital improvement program for a major healthcare system in San Diego. Your work will span both routine capital projectsu2014such as medical and imaging equipment upgradesu2014and larger, complex initiatives including the design and construction of a new hospital.You will lead multiple small to midu2011scale healthcare projects from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include: Developing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and recommending award Leading contract negotiations and managing design and construction teams Coordinating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) Overseeing stakeholder engagement, schedule and cost management, and reporting Providing executiveu2011level updates and ensuring successful project delivery Serving as an onu2011site representative, collaborating directly with healthcare system leadershipFor larger masteru2011plan effortsu2014such as new hospital or medical office building constructionu2014you will support the broader delivery team and take ownership of specific project components. Bacheloru2019s degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of healthcare and significant related experience 12+ years of related healthcare design and construction project management experience Strong working knowledge of design, pre-construction, building systems components and technology, contract management (GMP/ lump sum), team building and client relationship building Experience delivering OSHPD 1 Projects Experience delivering new construction projectsIdeally, You Will Have: Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification#WestPMCM#LI-CS1Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
