Your work will span both routine capital projectsu2014such as medical and imaging equipment upgradesu2014and larger, complex initiatives including the design and construction of a new hospital.You will lead multiple small to midu2011scale healthcare projects from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include: Developing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and recommending award Leading contract negotiations and managing design and construction teams Coordinating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) Overseeing stakeholder engagement, schedule and cost management, and reporting Providing executiveu2011level updates and ensuring successful project delivery Serving as an onu2011site representative, collaborating directly with healthcare system leadershipFor larger masteru2011plan effortsu2014such as new hospital or medical office building constructionu2014you will support the broader delivery team and take ownership of specific project components.
