Service Porter u2013 Automotive Service Department Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Service Porter to join our Service Department team. The Porter plays a key role in maintaining efficient vehicle flow, supporting Service Advisors and Technicians, and ensuring a smooth customer pick-up and drop-off experience. u00a0 Primary Responsibilities: u2022 Move customer vehicles to and from the service drive, parking lot, and shop area after repair orders are written. u2022 Safely transport vehicles through the car wash upon service completion. u2022 Stage and park completed vehicles in designated pick-up areas. u2022 Locate vehicles quickly and efficiently when customers arrive for pick-up. u2022 Assist Service Advisors with vehicle organization and lot flow. u2022 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas. u2022 Perform visual inspections for damage before and after moving vehicles. u2022 Ensure keys are properly tagged and returned to the correct location. u2022 Support technicians and advisors with vehicle shuttling as needed. u2022 Follow all dealership safety policies and driving procedures. u00a0 Qualifications: u2022 Valid driveru2019s license with clean driving record. u2022 Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred). u2022 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Good communication and teamwork skills. u2022 Must be dependable and punctual. u00a0 Physical Requirements: u2022 Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. u2022 Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. u2022 Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently.
