Under the supervision of the Miami Stockroom Supervisors and the Regional Aviation Inventory Manager, controls the adequate functioning of the stockroom for aircraft spares and tooling, and controls the receipt and issue of aircraft spare and materials to maintain the flight activity in operation. Key Accountabilities u00b7 Management of aircraft spares at Miami facilities u00b7 Complies and supervises that the controls and inventory management procedures required for aircraft operations are achieved u00b7 Coordinates the activities concerning the operations and movement of aircraft parts, materials, and in those cases where special tools are required u00b7 Performs the daily control of the stockroom movement properly backed up by the supporting documents and performs all entries in maintenance management program u00b7 Coordinates the execution of cycle count inventories and yearly physical inventories as required u00b7 Coordinates the supplies of aircraft parts to the Maintenance area, according to the schedule issued by the Planning department u00b7 Controls and coordinates the receiving inspection with the Quality Control Inspectors to attain the documentation acceptance of all items to be stores in Miami facility u00b7 Issuance and control of tooling as far as usage, calibration, expiration u00b7 Requesting of orders for all parts in need of service and repair u00b7 Maintains the Stockroom as far as cleanliness and proper controlled temperature environment u00b7 Control of the minimum and maximum inventory levels at Miami facilities to avoid any aircraft delays u00b7 Produce reports concerning aircraft parts controls, material expiration, and tool calibrations u00b7 Coordinate the movement of any items needed at any location for aircraft operations u00b7 Movement of engines and oversized parts with the use of a forklift u00b7 Booking of airway bill reservations in DHL system u00b7 Dangerous goods certification and shipment declarations u00b7 Parts runner between the Miami warehouse and Miami gateway u00b7 Driving duties to perform pickup and deliveries of aircraft parts u00b7 Ability to work rotating shifts as required by aircraft flight schedules and aircraft maintenance u00b7 And other assigned duties as required by immediate supervisors Skills & Qualifications u00b7 Two yearsu2019 experience in aircraft parts control. (Shipping and receiving International and Domestic) u00b7 Computer skills are mandatory (Excel, Microsoft Office, Teams) u00b7 Two yearsu2019 forklift experience required u00b7 Dangerous Good experience preferred u00b7 Excellent interpersonal relations u00b7 Abilities to communicate in an effective manner, both verbally and in writing u00b7 Fluent in English Language, both verbal and written u00b7 Organized, proactive and team worker u00b7 Capable of working under pressure. u00b7 Ability to obtain valid Airport ID under their restrictions u00b7 Valid driveru2019s license a must Work Authorization DHL Express USA will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
