Senior Product Designer

Partner closely with a cross-functional team (product, engineering, research and data science) to inform decision-making and drive business impact. Create intuitive, highly polished solutions that differentiate our products in space. Communicate ideas effectively, ensuring alignment with leadership and the team. Balance quality with time to impact, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fidelity sketches and prototypes. Telecommuting permitted. Minimum Requirements for Position: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design or related field and five years (5) of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation. Education or experience must include: - Designing product experience across iOS and Android platforms, demonstrating specific knowledge of platform-native guidelines, including Apple HIG (Human Interface Guidelines) and Material Design guidelines. - Driving complex UX design projects and creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and FigJam. - Working in Agile teams, including familiarity with sprint planning and task-tracking using industry-standard tools such as JIRA. - Proficiency in utilizing Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive, for product planning, documentation, and feedback management. - Applying Design Sprint methodology as part of UX design practice to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, rapid ideation, and user-centered problem solving.
