It is not available for remote opportunity.Job OverviewThe Sr Vendor Performance Manager is an individual contributor role that manages vendor relationships to ensure service delivery aligns with organizational goals and compliance requirements. It oversees vendor performance, contract lifecycle activities, and collaborates with internal teams to optimize outsourced services. The Vendor Performance Manager differentiates by integrating vendor management with risk mitigation and spend optimization across multiple business units. It establishes and enforces supplier compliance governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal policy standards through structured audits and performance controls. Success is measured by vendor compliance, service reliability, cost management, and effective stakeholder engagement. The work supports organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction through reliable vendor partnerships and contract management.Job Responsibilities:Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance with Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and internal controls to mitigate risksDevelop and implement strategic initiatives and policies to improve vendor management practices and support financial performanceBuild and maintain vendor relationships to align service delivery expectations and enhance reliabilityLead communication and escalation processes to resolve vendor performance and service delivery issues promptlyMonitor vendor performance through scorecards and metrics, providing feedback and conducting evaluations to drive improvementsAlso responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Engineering or related field4-7 years - Telecommunications/Wireless Industry Vendor Performance Managemt- experience in the areas of Engineering, Finance or Carrier Management desired or equivalent combination of education and experience.Management, team lead, or other equivalent leadership experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Analytics (Required)Problem Solving (Required)Vendor Management (Required)Cross Functional Relationships (Required)Conflict Management (Required)At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel:Travel Required (Yes/No): YesDOT Regulated:DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): NoOverland Park, KS Compensation Range: $87,800 - $118,800Frisco, TX Compensation Range: $93,200 - $126,100Bellevue, WA Compensation Range: $104,800 - $141,800Base Pay Range: $80,600 - $145,500Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.
