Description: You will be the Financial Management Sr Staff for the Central Finance Team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise earnedu2011value management across all Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) contracts. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Management Sr Staff you will be responsible for driving financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting that enable informed decisionu2011making across the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Develop and maintain earnedu2011value management metrics for multiple MFC contracts. + Provide accurate cost forecasts and variance analysis to senior leadership. + Collaborate with program managers and engineers to align financial data with technical milestones. + Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive monitoring. + Prepare concise financial briefings and dashboards for executive review. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Knowledge of Earned Value Management implementation u2022 Understanding of DCMA Data Driven Metrics (DDM) u2022 Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy u2022 Ability to learn new tools quickly u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Power Point u2022 Working knowledge of LM EVM policies and procedures u2022 Working knowledge of various Finance functions (i.e. EVM, Material Management, Subcontract Management, Contracts, Estimating, Planning, FP&A, etc.) Desired Skills: u2022 Experience with leading DCMA Compliance and/or Surveillance Reviews u2022 Demonstrated ability to Analyze & Interpret complex Program / EVM Metrics u2022 Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure u2022 Effectively manage, communicate and implement 1LMX change readiness within Central Finance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
