The Opportunity We are seeking an Acrylic Bath Installer capable of running crews and handling a high volume of work year-round. This is steady, full-time work with room for growth and leadership. You will be responsible for professional, accurate installations according to company standards and customer expectations. What Youu2019ll Do + Remodel bathrooms efficiently using carpentry and construction trade skills + Complete quality installations in as little as one day + Follow all installation procedures and safety standards + Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site + Represent the company with professionalism and respect in customersu2019 homes + Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of their new bath systems + Complete required paperwork and photo documentation accurately + Maintain your installation vehicle, tools, and materials We take pride in leaving homes better than we found them u2014 and in delivering a five-star experience every time. What Weu2019re Looking For + 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experience + Ability to measure accurately and use standard construction tools + Strong work ethic and attention to detail + Ability to work independently and lead when necessary + Valid driveru2019s license with clean driving record + Ability to lift up to 100 lbs + Ability to read instructions and follow detailed processes Bathroom remodeling experience is preferred but not required u2014 we will train the right candidate. Full-time availability Mondayu2013Friday with occasional Saturdays required.
