There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsWe are in search of a Cyber Security Governance Analyst to help grow our Cyber Security Program and support activities related to review and assessment of third-party organizations, verification of standards and controls, and evaluation against industry standards (i.e. ISO 27001, SOC2).The qualified individual will work with the broader cybersecurity team to assess security risks, communicate about risk, and provide guidance on managing risks. This position will work closely with the KLA Procurement team, IT teams, and partners across the company. Strong organization and interpersonal skills will be essential.What You Will Be DoingApply frameworks and regulation guidelines to third part entities KLA is considering partnerships withPerform risk-based analysis on potential vendors and partnersAssess risks by applying NIST and ISO Cyber Security/Risk Management Frameworks and document areas of risk and remediations neededAssess IT risks through mergers and acquisitions and recommend mitigation strategiesAssess risks in using external AI capabilitiesCommunicate with team leads from IT and business units to ensure awareness and impact of identified risksConduct information system risk assessments, review compliance documentation, validate system accreditationWorking collaboratively to process cross-team Governance ticketsDesired Qualifications:Experience in a Cybersecurity Governance, or related positionComputer, infrastructure, and operating system knowledgeAbility to multi-task, adapt to changes quickly and handle heavy ticket volumesSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of the NIST, ISO, and SOC security frameworks and certificationsKnowledge of confidentiality, integrity, and availability principlesKnowledge of authentication, authorization, and access control methodsKnowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacyExperience performing risk assessmentsMinimum QualificationsCompletion of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study, in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, IT Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar; or work experience equivalentKnowledge of cloud computing and associated security standardsBase Pay Range: $70,400.00 - $119,700.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLAKLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development
