As a Purchasing Specialist, you will support our business by managing vendor relationships, preparing contracts, ensuring compliance, and providing training that supports our day-to-day purchasing operations. In this role, Purchasing Specialists serve as a trusted resource for both our Preferred Partners and internal teams. Job Responsibilities: + Onboard new Preferred Partners by preparing contracts and guiding them through each step + Train partners on our processes and tools, including the Weekley Partner Hub + Keep contract documents organized, updated, and routed to the right teams + Collect required waiver/lien releases + Research and resolve variance issues with accuracy and urgency + Assist partners with payment questions and job reassignments + Create extra orders, back-charges, and returns as needed + Place and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery + Provide information to support rebate submissions for our National Strategic Sourcing Team + Prepare weekly and monthly reports + Track starts, communicate updates, and help manage changes throughout the process Qualifications + Prior experience in purchasing, construction operations, vendor coordination, or a related administrative role is preferred + Proven organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through + Professional communication skills with experience collaborating across teams Additional Information Pay range: $50,000-$70,000 based upon experience and skills What We Offer: Come build your future with our winning team, recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the
