Description We are looking for an experienced Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, accurate, and capable of managing a high volume of invoices. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of the accounts payable department while handling essential financial tasks. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and manage a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. u2022 Ensure proper coding of invoices and verify compliance with organizational standards. u2022 Perform regular check runs and reconcile payment records. u2022 Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable documentation. u2022 Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoice processing promptly. u2022 Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in the accounts payable workflow. u2022 Assist in tracking and reporting accounts payable metrics. u2022 Ensure timely payment of invoices to maintain positive vendor relationships. u2022 Support the department in identifying resource needs and optimizing processes.
