Facility Lead

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Facility Lead oversees all housekeeping, eventsetup, and related facility operations at the Kroc Center, under thedirection of the Facility Manager. The role supervises custodial andbuilding services staff, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintainedenvironment for all guests and employees. Responsibilities include dailyhousekeeping management, staff scheduling and training, event setup andteardown, minor maintenance tasks, and outdoor upkeep. The Facility Leadworks 25 hours per week and requires the ability to work early mornings,evenings, weekends and holidays and will be part of a weekend openingrotation. The pay rate is $18-$20/hour. The position includes paidtime off with 10 days of vacation per year, 12 sick days per year (6 ofwhich can be taken like vacation days), 12 paid holidays, 2 personaldays, and the ability to earn an additional 2 days of PTO through ourwellness program.
