JOB REQUIREMENTS: We currently have a career opportunity for a full-timeMember Relationship Officer I at our Ashland Avenue branch in Green BayThe Member Relationship Officer I creates a positive impression andestablishes strong member relationships creating a lasting memberexperience. They assist members with consumer lending needs, newaccounts, digital services, account maintenance, processing membertransactions and problem resolution. While working with members, theyuncover needs, educate members on products and services, and recommendsolutions. The primary responsibilities of the Member RelationshipOfficer I role include but are not limited to: Promoting and upholdingthe Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values Building and maintaininglasting relationships through conversations, anticipating members'future needs and exceeding expectations Interviewing loan applicants andproviding underwriting additional information to make loan decisionsAssisting members with their needs by opening and maintaining depositproducts and services Processing basic and advanced member transactionsand account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, andassisting members with problem resolution Educating members on ancillaryloan products, insurance options, and securing appropriate solutions.Achieving assigned goals Providing members with sound guidance for theirfinancial needs and referring as needed to partnering teams (i.e.Financial Well-being, Mortgage Lending, Investment Services, TreasuryManagement) Positively representing Fox in the community Candidates forthe Member Relationship Officer I position should possess: Minimum ofone year of sales and service experience Previous financial industryexperience is preferred Financial Counselor Certification is a plusStrong communication skills including verbal, written and activelistening Sales skills in gaining commitment to products and servicesExcellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous,and friendly atmosphere for members and team members Flexibleavailability, including rotating Saturdays Proven attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Office or similar software Bilingual skills are a plus Branchhours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm & Sat. 9am-12pm (every 3rd Saturday) FoxCommunities Credit Union is an over $3 billion in assetscommunity-based credit union serving more than 130,000 members at over20 locations.
