Our program has an immediate opportunity for a level 3 Program Planner to join our mission on CPS. As our Program Planner, you will provide functional assistance for the support of program execution planning activities. To be successful, you must have a strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance. Summary of Key Duties: In this role you willu2026. u2022 Serve as the responsible Planner for a specific IPT on the program u2022 Develop, manage, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in order to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner u2022 Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting goals u2022 Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners u2022 Synchronize cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule metrics and reports related to the implementation of the Program u2022 Schedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Stakeholders u2022 Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management u2022 Develop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements. u2022 Work with cross-functional teams to maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule. u2022 Producing and Delivering IPMR CDRLs (Integrated Program Management Report and Contract Deliverable Requirements List) #LMSpaceProgramPlanners Basic Qualifications: u2022 2-3 years of program planning/scheduling experience u2022 Experience with Planning Scheduling tools, Open Plan, Microsoft Project or similar tool u2022 Experience with fully networked, resource loaded labor hour schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology. u2022 Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management u2022 Proficient with Microsoft Office applications u2022 Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance Desired Skills: u2022 Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline u2022 Active Secret security clearance u2022 4+ years of program planning experience within the aerospace/defense industry u2022 Advanced skills with MS Project or Open Plan Experience with OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro u2022 Some experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance u2022 Some experience in the application of integrated cost/ schedule techniques u2022 Strong influencing and relationship management skills u2022 Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team u2022 Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills u2022 Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations) - - - To promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin fosters a work environment that encourages big-picture thinking. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
