We are looking for 5-10 years of SailPoint IdentityIQ Administration and Architecture. This is a remote position. The SailPoint Architect is responsible for the handsu2011on design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organizationu2019s SailPoint IdentityIQu2013based Identity and Access Management (IDAM) environment. This role serves as the technical authority for SailPoint architecture, operations, integrations, and access governance, ensuring identity solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant. Required Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent experience. + 5u201310 years of relevant professional experience. + Strong handsu2011on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and architecture. + Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) principles. + Experience with Active Directory, roleu2011based access control, and group management. + Proven experience developing SailPoint rules, workflows, and integrations. + Experience supporting enterpriseu2011scale identity platforms and access governance. + Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problemu2011solving skills. + Experience with Windows server administration and patching. + Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams. IS Security Services serves as an independent, objective catalyst for implementing effective and efficient controls to protect BJC HealthCare (BJC) information resources through collaboration with customers. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for creating a comprehensive architecture for IT solution(s) and providing strategic direction throughout the development process. They are committed to the development of all technology solution plans, assuring that technology solutions meet business requirements while aligning with long-term architectural goals, standards and principles. In addition, Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for researching, evaluating and evangelizing emerging technologies for possible use in the enterprise. The Senior Solutions Architect provides technical leadership across BJC IT domains, from project planning level through strategic decisions making.Epic or applicable certifications will be required within 6 months of hire. Responsibilities + Leads the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas. Provides technical guidance and governance on solution development and integration. Ensures that solution architectures follow relevant IT standards, principles and reference architectures. + Actively maintains recognized expert level knowledge in one or more IT domains. Supports and promotes the development and sharing of their knowledge within the organization.Collaborates with internal teams and vendors to identify and resolve issues in solution development and implementation.Develops and presents findings and guidance to selected audiences - including business and leadership teams. + Monitors the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies. Assesses and documents the impacts, threats and opportunities to the organization. + Designs large or complex systems and undertakes impact analysis on major design options and trade-offs. Ensures that the system design balances functional and non-functional requirements.
