Services Controller Location: Greensboro, NC, US, 27409 Position Type: Professional Transport is at the core of modern society. Position Description As the controller, you have the overall responsibility to support the business for our entire Services network. You work closely with the organization and be able to monitor, explain, and analyze the financial results. Role Description u2022 Manage monthly financial closing & reporting process, including reviewing and analyzing reported figures, control reports and investigating and resolving issues. u2022 Ensure timeliness and quality of reporting per branch. u2022 Developing and follow exiting KPI. u2022 Investigating significant variances from prior period actual results. u2022 Implementing corrective activities as needed. u2022 Assist in development and implementation of new analysis tools. u2022 Support the business with your financial acumen. u2022 Promote and enhance the sharing of best practices with the entire network. u2022 Hands on in the day-to-day business. u2022 Develop the annual budget and various estimates for Services u2022 Collaborates with region controller. Education & Required Experience u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in finance, accounting, or business, or other related field. u2022 Relevant experience and training combination. u2022 CPA and/or other professional certification in finance an asset. u2022 English speaking & writing fluency. u2022 French speaking & writing is an asset. u2022 Strong Excel & Powerpoint skills u2022 Experience with software packages such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase desirable. u2022 Power BI is a plus. u2022 Innovative problem solving and strong analytical and quantitative abilities. u2022 Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Team player, passionate, curious, customer oriented, change driven, problem solver, owner mentality. u2022 Other duties as assigned. For this position, the base pay is set at $96,000.00 - $118,500.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
