In this role, youu2019ll lead projects from initial planning through design completion, managing client relationships, project teams, and technical execution. Weu2019re serious about our work u2013 but weu2019re serious about fun, too If that sounds good to you, letu2019s talk.u00a0 Keys to Success: + Plan, provide design guidance, and manage a variety of natural gas distribution and high-pressure pipeline upgrade projects/natural gas infra structure projects.u00a0 + Manage permitting process with local, state, and federal agencies.u00a0 + Conduct site inspections, manage construction schedules, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (geotechnical, environmental) + Environmental and regulatory compliance + u00a0Communicate with clients about current projects, identify and position the firm to win future work, and ensure the firm's success. + Effectively supervise technical staff to deliver projects. + Prepare and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and meet deliverables. + Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships. u00a0Qualifications: + Registered PE in the states of Washington and/or Oregon + 5+ years of experience with the design and construction of natural gas infrastructure projects. + Strong understanding of gas pipeline and storage systems, infrastructure projects, and regulatory requirements + Experience with permitting processes and regulatory compliance, particularly in the gas industry + Knowledge of federal testing and safety regulations, state-specific guidelines, and requirements. + Knowledge ofu00a0 gas compressor stations, gas storage facilities, and associated infrastructure + Experience mentoring civil project engineers and EITsu00a0u00a0 + Previous experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred + Experience in specification writing and engineering cost estimate preparationu00a0 + Business development experience and/or interest in helping to drive client relationships and new work with existing and new clients Why join the MacKay Sposito team? + A people-first culture - We are dedicated to our employees and their families. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations. The wage range for this position is $115,000-$160,000 annually, depending on experience. Full-time employees receive a well-rounded benefit package including access to our company-sponsored Medical (including an HSA High Deductible option), Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans. We also offer 100% company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our companyu2019s 401 (k) plan with up to a 4% match. Additionally, employees receive paid vacation and sick time, 11 paid holidays, and can participate in our employee ownership program. MacKay Sposito pays for expenses associated with licensure.
