Along with company generated leads.u00a0 + Inspections & Estimating: u00a0Perform residential roof inspections (must be comfortable on a ladder/roof) and prepare accurate, professional project proposals. Must have excellent communication skills to close business.u00a0 + Project Organization:u00a0 Ensuring seamless communication from the point of sale to the production department by following process to hand in accurate information to Production.u00a0 Qualifications + Industry Experience: u00a0Minimum 1u20133 years in roofing, construction, or insurance restoration is preferred. + Sales Skills: u00a0Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships. + Technical Literacy: u00a0Proficiency with smartphones and CRM software (e.g., Mareketsharp). + Physical Requirements: u00a0Ability to safely lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to inspectu00a0roofs. + Essentials: u00a0Must have a valid driveru2019s license, reliable transportation (truck preferred), and current insurance.
