We are looking for atalented individual to join our global team, concentrating on the developmentand implementation of procurement strategies and supply chain management for turbineblade and vane components. This is an individual contributor role. The idealcandidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen interest in supplychain management, and a passion for negotiation. The position is based onsite at the Siemens Energy office in Orlando, Florida, USA. If you're ready tomake a significant impact in a dynamic global environment, weu2019d love to hearfrom you How Youu2019ll Make anImpact + Build& maintain strong supplier relationships and in-contract suppliermanagement, lead cost reduction activities and resolve commercial issues. + Leadcontract management of key suppliers, including drafting negotiating andfinalizing agreements; ensuring compliance and optimizing terms. + Developand lead sourcing activities from proposal to contract signature,including price and contract negotiations, performing total cost analysisand building business cases to select high performing suppliers that meetcost, quality, delivery requirements. + Workwith multiple functions and stakeholders to build and maintain the turbinecasting commodity strategies which meet Siemens Energyu2019s financial,operational and long-term strategic objectives. + Demonstrateinitiative by independently leading key projects, effectively guidingpeers, and ensuring clear communication of objectives & results tosenior management. What You Bring + Bacheloru2019s degree in businessadministration, supply chain, engineering or in a related field. + 3+ yearsof professional experience in a commercial, procurement, or supplier managementrole within an advanced manufacturing sector. + Proficiencyin understanding, drafting, negotiating and managing complex contracts. + Highsense of accountability & initiative combined with strong analyticalskills and results-oriented, strategic thinking. + Willingnessto travel approximately 20% both domestically and internationally.
