Eatonu2019s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist - 2nd Shift to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI The hourly rate for this position is $20.80 per hour + $2.50 per hour shift premium. The core hours are 3 pm - 11 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This position is offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000, paid in two installments, less applicable withholding . Bonus terms: + Bonuses are being offered for a limited time only. You will maintain and manage SAP master data to ensure that purchased and manufactured parts are supplied properly. You will manage indirect material supplies and purchases as necessary to support manufacturing operations. In this function, you will: u2022 Release and prepare production orders for dispatch to the production floor u2022 Coordinate the printing, pouching, and delivery of production orders to the production floor u2022 Add critical documentation, reference drawings, and SAP reports to production pouches as required u2022 Run SAP production order close reports to assist with the generation of standard hours, utilization, and productivity reporting u2022 Perform SAP material coding for newly designed components to set procurement codes and ensure that BOMs and production routings are generated accurately u2022 Manage indirect material inventories and procure materials as necessary to support production operations u2022 Organize production orders for dispatch by work center and release date to ensure alignment with equipment and production priorities u2022 Develop, maintain, and optimize machine schedules to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and alignment with production requirements u2022 Monitor machine schedule adherence, identify variances, and collaborate with production teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or delays u2022 Process, troubleshoot, and print order release failures u2022 Support the OPEX department with the procurement of materials used for visual controls on the manufacturing floor u2022 Submit service requests and order supplies to maintain equipment used to print production orders u2022 Complete expense reports as required and submit them for approval in a timely manner Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: u2022 High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution u2022 Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
