Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.Responsibilities As the most senior member of the Finance Team on site, you will serve as a member of the hospital executive team, reporting directly to a VP of Finance. The CFO will lead the financial operations of their respective site; and seek opportunities for improvement while collaborating with the hospital President and VP of nursing to achieve financial goals.Direct ministry financial activities, policies & practices.Provide guidance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and capital planning.Manage market statistical reporting and budgeting.Recommend strategies based upon financial, accounting and industry trends.Plan and coordinate financial resources for departmental services.Requirements Education:High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.Additional Preferences Hospital experience highly preferredBachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration necessary.Masters/CPA preferred.#InternalOps
