About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Manager, TechnicalProgram Management (TPM) to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs that enable innovation, scale, and performance across the enterprise.This role blends strategic leadership, technical depth, and operational excellence,driving outcomes that deliver measurable business value.The ideal candidate will have deep experience orchestrating complex technical initiatives, a strong grasp of modern delivery models (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud), and the ability to influence across engineering, product, and executive teams. The Sr. Manager demonstrates outcome ownership, continuous learning, and enterprise thinking to elevate delivery impact across the organization.What Youll DoStrategic Program Leadership Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, multi-team technologyinitiatives that advance enterprise strategy and technical architecture. Define program vision, scope, measurable goals, and success metrics inpartnership with Architecture, Engineering, and Product leadership. Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, aligning milestones,dependencies, and deliverables across multiple organizations. Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, managing capacity, sequencing, andalignment across global teams. Champion long-term architectural integrity and scalability while balancing short-term business needs. Demonstrate Outcome Ownership by linking program results to enterprise-levelbusiness impact.
