CSR - Sales Support

Position: CSR - Sales Support Pay: $18 - 25 DOE Responsible for: · Answering customer calls for solar and generator extensions · Initial contact, lead prequalification and information intake · Entering leads in CRM and updating actions taken · Scheduling sales appointments, confirming appointments · Working closely with sales associates to update schedules daily · Entering sales appointments and other information in field service software · Reviews sold job field records, etc. and updates customer record in Fieldpulse · Pre-installation calls to verify contact information, email address, billing information, general review of project scope, review warranty, provide information about maintenance plans, discuss FLEET monitoring and account setup, and a general overview of what happens the day of the installation. · Post-installation call to complete quality survey, discuss future maintenance scheduling, and ask for google review. · Update customer records with appropriate installation information and sets future appointments. · Prepares folders for upcoming installation jobs · Assist in creating job notes for installation · Updates customers on generator order and availability status · Prepares monthly reports on survey results and lead data Job Qualifications: ·
