As part of the OCC team, this role supports Customer Care Locations (CCLs) through proactive service, problem solving, followu2011up, and effective collaboration with customer service colleagues. + Process accurate files by adhering to all policies and procedures while maintaining upu2011tou2011date shipment visibility. + Monitor, prioritize, and balance customeru2011specific needs by responding to inquiries across multiple communication channels. + Partner with CCLs to uphold customer commitments by reviewing KPI reports and supporting corrective and preventive actions. + Collaborate with the System Process team to increase automation and streamline Operational Care workflows. + Maintain complete and accurate customer data within core operating systems by initiating Business Profile updates and managing Wiki content.
