Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.Responsibilities Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure clinical objectives are achieved and high-quality, population-appropriate patient care is delivered.Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff, independently planning shift activities and patient care services.Assess daily patient needs, develop assignments, maintain productivity standards, and justify variances to the unit manager or designee.Address patient care complaints through established channels while setting priorities based on daily patient and physician dynamics.Ensure adequate materials and supplies are available and contribute to staff hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
