What You ll DoRelationship & Account SupportOpen and service personal and business deposit accountsPerform account updates and maintenanceAssist clients with debit card issuance, check orders, and digital banking enrollmentEducate customers on online and mobile banking toolsProcess wire transfers and assist with debit card disputes and regulatory claimsAddress account questions, research transactions, and resolve discrepanciesPromote and refer additional financial products and services based on client needsMaintain thorough knowledge of available products, services, and proceduresTeller & Operational ResponsibilitiesProcess deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficientlyAssist with daily balancing, cash handling, and branch auditsSupport ATM balancing and vault managementMaintain dual-control procedures and required operational logsFollow all compliance standards including CTR, SAR, and other regulatory requirementsComplete required compliance and security trainingWhat You BringAt least 1 year of cash handling or banking experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processingA client-first mindset with the ability to build trust and lasting relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentStrong organizational skills and follow-throughProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)Flexibility to work some Saturdays and travel between branch locations as neededPreferred2+ years of banking experienceFamiliarity with core banking and teller systemsKnowledge of state and federal banking regulationsThis role is ideal for a motivated banking professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with meaningful client interaction.
