Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team onsite at our CorporateHeadquarters location located on the northside of Indianapolis, IN. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all digital marketing platforms for Damar and its related subsidiaries, including websites, email marketing systems, social media channels, and digital registration/fundraising tools. Ensuring alignment with the organization’s brand across platforms, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist creates and maintains web pages, digital tools, social posts, and email campaigns. Manages lists, segmentation, tagging, and data hygiene, tracking and reporting performance, as neededDevelops, plans, schedules, and posts content across all social channels. Including monitoring engagement, responding and escalating, as neededAids in capturing photos and video for websites, emails, e-newsletters and other marketing needs, including regularly updating website photography and graphicsManages relationships with Damar digital vendors and partners, including keeping up with security and system updates across all Damar digital marketing areasWhat you need to be considered:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations or closely related fieldTwo to three years of professional experienceExperience with WordPress requiredPhotography experience is preferredMust have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and, PhotoshopHTML, CSS or JavaScript experience preferredMinimum age of 21 per licensure requirementsValid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminalconvictionsSuccessfully complete a pre-employment physicalFavorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screeningEssential Job Functions:Physical:Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.Vision:See in the normal visual range with or without correction.Hearing:Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.#DSCorporate
