We value our team and provide a stable environment where skilled technicians can thrive.ResponsibilitiesPerform mobile diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial fleet trucks and trailersService trailer components including brakes, suspension, landing gear, air lines, electrical systems, and light body repairDiagnose and repair diesel engines, emissions systems, cooling systems, exhaust, DEF systems, and drivetrain componentsConduct preventive maintenance and ensure DOT and safety complianceCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers on-siteOperate and maintain a fully equipped mobile service truckAccurately document services performed using mobile or written logsMaintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and safetyQualifications4 or more years of diesel and or trailer repair experience; mobile repair experience preferredStrong knowledge of truck and trailer systems including brakes, suspension, lighting, air systems, and electricalAbility to independently diagnose and complete repairs in the fieldStrong customer service skills and clear communicationValid driver’s license required; CDL is a plusSelf-motivated and able to manage daily workload independentlyCompensation and BenefitsPay: $28 to $37 per hour based on experience5 percent monthly commission on total repairs completedNo cap on overtimeMonday through Friday schedule with consistent hoursFully outfitted mobile repair vehicle providedMedical, dental, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offCareer advancement opportunities and annual performance reviewsSupportive, team focused cultureIf you are ready to take ownership of your work, increase your earning potential through commission and overtime, and be part of a growing fleet repair operation, we would like to connect with you.USD $28.00 - USD $37.00 /Hr.
