Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations., , This position is offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000*, paid in two installments, less applicable withholding., Why work at Eaton?Health benefits and vacation time - available to use on day one of your employment!Paid holidays - up to 12!Weekly payShift premiums - $2.50/hr for off shifts ,Opportunities for overtime.Career progression opportunities to cross-train in different departments and increase compensation.Retirement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assistance Program, Wellness Reimbursement, and more!What youâll do:The Supply Chain Specialist releases and prepares production orders for assembly and fabrication operations. , You will maintain and manage SAP master data to ensure that purchased and manufactured parts are supplied properly. , You will manage indirect material supplies and purchases as necessary to support manufacturing operations., In this function, you will:⢠, , Release and prepare production orders for dispatch to the production floor⢠, , Coordinate the printing, pouching, and delivery of production orders to the production floor, ⢠, , Add critical documentation, reference drawings, and SAP reports to production pouches as required, ⢠, , Run SAP production order close reports to assist with the generation of standard hours, utilization, and productivity reporting, ⢠, , Perform SAP material coding for newly designed components to set procurement codes and ensure that BOMs and production routings are generated accurately, ⢠, , Manage indirect material inventories and procure materials as necessary to support production operations, ⢠, , Organize production orders for dispatch by work center and release date to ensure alignment with equipment and production priorities, ⢠, , Develop, maintain, and optimize machine schedules to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and alignment with production requirements, ⢠, , Monitor machine schedule adherence, identify variances, and collaborate with production teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or delays, ⢠, , Process, troubleshoot, and print order release failures, ⢠, , Support the OPEX department with the procurement of materials used for visual controls on the manufacturing floor⢠, , Submit service requests and order supplies to maintain equipment used to print production orders⢠, , Complete expense reports as required and submit them for approval in a timely manner
