Aerotek is Hiring Welder's in Binghampton, NY What Youu2019ll Do + Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal components. + Execute welding operations following production work orders, blueprints, and customer specifications. + Conduct selfu2011inspection using drawings, fixtures, jigs, and precision measuring tools to ensure weld quality. + Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals with minimal supervision. + Uphold strict safety procedures when handling materials, tools, and welding equipment. + Participate in new product introduction projects and provide input for process or quality improvements. + Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all housekeeping standards. + Perform routine maintenance on welding machines and equipment as outlined in standard procedures. + Ensure work areas remain free of hazards, obstacles, and safety risks at all times.
