With us, itu2019s all about finding the job thatu2019s just right Day Shift: 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. Temp to Hire. Pay: $21.00 - $25.00/hr. (Depending on experience). Summary: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair golf carts. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, the ability to read technical drawings, and a background in automotive maintenance and/or small engine repair. Responsibilities: + Diagnose, repair, and maintain gas and electric golf carts + Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative repairs + Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble components + Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings + Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and battery-related issues + Replace or repair brakes, steering, suspension, motors, engines, and electrical systems + Test carts after repairs to ensure proper operation and safety + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times + Document repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed This job might be an outstanding fit if you... + Are mechanically inclined and like figuring out how things work. + Have an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn. + Possess a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. + Have a High School Diploma/GED - Preferred What happens next?
