Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Osprey, Florida. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. u2022 Prepare financial reports and compile accurate data for the companyu2019s tax accountant. u2022 Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. u2022 Utilize ERP software to track and organize financial transactions. u2022 Collaborate closely with the companyu2019s owner to address financial matters and ensure smooth operations. u2022 Maintain confidentiality and uphold the accuracy of all financial information. u2022 Support the companyu2019s operational workflow by overseeing financial processes related to product orders and sales. u2022 Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines without a rigid schedule. u2022 Provide trustworthy and honest financial management for the business. u2022 Adapt to the needs of a family-owned environment, contributing to the teamu2019s success. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping or a similar role. u2022 Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial reporting. u2022 Experience with Accounting software is required. u2022 Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. u2022 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. u2022 Trustworthy and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. u2022 Comfortable working in a laid-back yet highly organized environment.
